Hidden characters:
Insert your coin(s), then press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, C, Start at the title screen. Gain the Warrior, Chitta the Magician, Miyamoto the Samurai-Dragon, and Bornnam the Necromancer will be unlocked.

Expert mode:
Insert your coin(s), then hold B and press Start.

Two for one game:
Insert your coin(s), then hold A and press Start.

Alternate mode:
Insert your coin(s), then hold A + B + C and press Start.

Ship selection:
Press the indicated button at the ship selection screen to choose the corresponding type.

Normal power type: Press A.
Shot power type: Press C.
Speed Up and Shot power type: A + B + C
Speed Up power type: Press B

Alternate jet colors:
Highlight a jet at the selection screen, then allow the timer to expire. That characters alternate plane and weapon color will be automatically selected.

Hint: Homing formation:
Bypass five Small Bomb power-ups during game play. Collect the next Option power-up.

Hint: Search formation:
Bypass five Options power-ups during game play. Collect the next Option power-up.

Hint: Shadow formation:
Bypass five Ratio Medallion power-ups during game play. Collect the next Option power-up.

Hint: Wide formation:
Bypass five Small Shot power-ups during game play. Collect the next Option power-up.
