Cheat mode: Enter one of the following codes at the song selection
screen. Note: Some codes may also be entered at the mode selection
screen. Refer to the buttons from left to right, with 1 to 7 assigned
to player one and 8 to 14 assigned to player two. The white keys
are are 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10,
12, and 14, while the blue keys are 2, 3,
4, 9, 11, and 13.
Regul Speed: For player one, hold Start to open the modifiers
window, then press 2, 3, 5, 7, 4,
6. For player two, hold Start to open the modifiers
window, then press 9, 10, 12, 14,
11, 13. The message "CMO:REGUL-SPEED"
will appear at the top of the screen to confirm correct code entry.
This mode sets the beat for all songs to a constant 150 bpm.
Judge: For player one, hold Start to open the modifiers
window, then press 7, 6, 2, 1. For
player two, hold Start to open the modifiers window, then
press 14, 13, 9, 8. The message "CMO:JUDGE"
will appear at the top of the screen to confirm correct code entry.
An indicator that states the number of "Just Greats",
"Greats", "Goods", "Bads" and "Poors"
appears above the "Effector" option.
Expert View: For player one, hold Start at the Expert Course
selection screen to open the modifiers window, then press 2,
2, 1, 1. For player one, hold Start
at the Expert Course selection screen to open the modifiers window,
then press 9, 9, 8, 8. The name of
the first three songs of an Expert course will appear at the bottom
of the screen.
Window Hold: For player one, hold Start to open the modifiers
window, then press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
For player two, hold Start to open the modifiers window,
then press 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
The message "CMO:WINDOW-HOLD" will appear at the top
of the screen to confirm correct code entry. Press Start
during game play to open the "High Speed", "Hidden+/Sudden+/HidSud+"
(depending on what was set) modifier permanently. Press Start
again to close it.
Selecting higher level songs: Complete the higher levels in Danintei to unlock the
ability to select higher level songs as your first two songs in
Standard mode. For the third song you can choose all songs except
for Special Extra Stage and One More Extra Stage songs.
In Double Play, pass fifth Danintei or below, or no Danintei status
to be able to pick up to level 9 for first song, level 11 for
second song in Double Play Standard mode.
In Double Play, pass sixth Danintei to be able to pick up to
level 10 for first song, level 11 for second song in Double Play
Standard mode.
In Double Play, pass seventh Danintei to be able to pick up
to level 11 for first song, level 12 for second song in Double
Play Standard mode.
In Double Play, pass eigth Danintei to be able to pick up to
level 12 for first song, level 12 for second song in Double Play
Standard mode.
In Single Play, pass tenth Danintei to be able to pick up to
levle 12 for first song, level 12 for second song in Single Play
Standard mode.
In Single Play, pass fifth Danintei or below, or no Danintei status
to be able to pick up to level 8 for first song, level 10 for
second song in Single Play Standard mode.
In Single Play, pass sixth Danintei to be able to pick up to
level 9 for first song, level 10 for second song in Single Play
Standard mode.
In Single Play, pass seventh Danintei to be able to pick up
to level 10 for first song, level 11 for second song in Single
Play Standard mode.
In Single Play, pass eighth Danintei to be able to pick up to
level 11 for first song, level 12 for second song in Single Play
