When you reach the electrical sign, choose the left
path. Put yourself under the electrical wire (the rightmost window
on the left path) but hold LeftJoystick Up and
Right Joystick Down. After a few seconds your character
will turn red with white hair, and electricity will no longer
have any effect on you.
