Back flip:
Pop a wheelie at the top of the hill to backflip over it. Alternately, quickly shift from fourth gear to neutral, then back to fourth gear.

Drive on two wheels:
Quickly tap Accelerate(2) while in a turn.

Flip over to the side:
Pop a wheelie during a turn, then steer in the opposite direction of the turn.

Avoid other cars:
Pop a wheelie just before hitting a slower car from behind or a car driving in the opposite direction to jump over it.
