D-Day
Extra pistol damage:
Insert your coins(s), then switch to the shotgun before
the game screen appears. The gun changing sound will confirm correct
code entry. When the screen appears you will have the pistol.
Do not change guns during the game and you will be doing the same
damage as a shotgun but with the pistol, which gets you more points.
