Level select: Hold A + B + C + D for
players one and two, then highlight one of the following levels
at the selection screen. Keep the buttons held and allow the timer
to expire. If level 1 was highlighted, the game will start at
level 5. If level 2 was highlighted, the game will start at level
6. If level 3 was highlighted, the game will start at level 7.
If level 4 was highlighted, the game will start at the final level.
