Display machine statistics:
Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, MP, LP during the demo fight. Two rows of numbers will appear in the following format, with the indicated stat. The numbers for the character names indicate how many times that particular character has been used.

<unknown> <player one coin total> <unknown> <player two coin total>
<Ryu> <E. Honda> <Blanka> <Guile> <Ken> <Chun-Li> <Zangief> <Dhalsim>

Glitch: Guile: Handcuffs:
As Guile, charge down for two seconds as you would for a Flash Kick. When your opponent is directly next to you, very quickly press Up, Strong Punch, Forward Kick. If done correctly, it will cause a glitch where your opponent will be attached to Guile and cannot hurt you, and you cannot hurt him. If the timer runs out, the game will freeze.

You need to be close to your opponent to do this. The movement is the same for the Crescent Kick, but you will interrupt it with a throw. It works best when you rotate the Joystick in a half circle motion from Down, to Toward or Back, then Up. Just charge down for two seconds, then quickly rotate the Joystick to either Toward or Back and press MP to throw. Then, finish the motion and press MK to perform a Crescent Kick. Guile should throw your opponent, then he will reappear instantly behind you, stuck in a hit position. Your opponent will be unable to move or escape. If time runs out in this position, you must reset the machine. To exit, perform Guile's Magic Throw technique.

Glitch: Guile: Magic throw:
You need to be within Guile's standing fierce uppercut to work. If he throws the spinning backhand, you are too far away. This glitch will allow you to throw your opponent no matter if he is in the air, climbing a fence, or standing a few steps away. Charge Away for two seconds then quickly press Toward, Away, HP + HK. Guile will motion his MP throw, and your opponent will drop to the ground by Guile's feet instantly. You can do this move repeatedly while your opponent is lying on the ground if you charge the move fast enough.

Glitch: Guile: Freeze:
Charge Away while your opponent is close by, then press HK for Guile to perform his upside-down roundhouse kick. While he is in this position, quickly press Forward and HP as if you were throwing a Sonic Boom. If you do this just before Guile returns to his standing position, you will stay frozen in this position. To exit from this pose, perform a Crescent Kick (charge Down, then Up and any kick). You are able to exit even after time runs out. This works wonders on Vega's stage. Vega will continue to try to slide kick him, but will miss. Stay frozen until time runs out for an easy win.

Glitch: Guile Blackout:
There are two ways to do this. The first is to throw your opponent with either MP or Guile's Magic Throw technique (more difficult). As soon as you throw your opponent, charge Down. Guile should still be in the throw stance standing up, but as soon as he squats, press Up and rub your fingers down first through LP then LK, as if you were trying to do a standing jab into a Crescent Kick. The screen should black out. then reset. If it does not glitch, you did not charge Down quickly enough. The second way (easier) is to mimic Guile's Handcuffs technique, but use HP + HK instead. Guile should back press your opponent, followed by the screen turning black and resetting.
