Hint: Extra lives: Hit the enemy ten times in a row and a "Life Icon"
should start to become visible to the right of the time display.
Keep hitting enemies and the icon will become clearer. You will
receive one life for every 40 direct hits. However, do not miss
a shot or the icon will disappear and you will have to start again.
