Level select: Hold 1 while pressing Start to resume
the previous game or choose a starting level.
Namco screen: Note: This requires operator's access to the machine.
Enter Service mode and select sound 19 from the menu. Press the
service switch to view the onscreen grid then press Up
four times, Down, Right two times, Left six
times, Player Two Start.
