1. After-image mode causes your character to trail multi-color ghost images after them with any movement. Press Down, Down, C + D to activate. Repeat to disable.
2. Allows Cho-Chohissatsuwaza (SS death move) to be done anytime during round. A + B + C + D and Start not needed, and can be done repeatedly. Press Down, Down + C (for normal death move, press Down, Down + A. The SS death move may not be used by Sokaku or Blue Mary.
3. With memory card, press Select on controller two, then press A + B + C + D. "Type" chooses character, "Pattern" chooses frame. A or B on controller one cycles through, controller two moves sprite around. Without memory card, press Select on controller two. Press Left or Right on controller one to select a character, press B or C to cycle through, and use controller two to move the sprite around.
