Play as Rugal5
1. Hold Select to control the sprites as the
game is unpaused. The Joystick controls sprite placement,
A cycles to the next animation, B cycles to the
previous animation, C chooses the next character, and D
chooses the previous character.
2. Press Up or Down to change stages and press D
to select. Note: Go to "Germany" and defeat the CPU
to receive your team's ending.
3. Hold Start and press A or B to adjust
the various options, such as walking speed, jump speed, dash speed,
and damage. Do not select the load or save data options as this
will corrupt your memory card.
4. Music in the sound test are located in the 0030 and 0040 range.

Play as Rugal notes: Enter the Dip codes during the "How To Play"
or character selection screens. Press Select and go into the "Play"
option to enter the sound test. Then, press Up on either
or both controllers during character select to choose. Press D
for Pimpin' Purple Rugal. Note: During "Team Order"
with Rugal, you can choose to be "Evil Special Move"
Rugal. Press Right (Rugal should stop shuffling on the
screen), then press C or D. Turn all Dips off after
selection.
