1. Hold Start to control the on-screen sprite
information. (The palette is locked to that of player one). Press
Start + Joystick to control the onscreen placement.
Press Start + A to cycle to the next animation routine.
Press Start + B to cycle to the previous animation
routine. Press Start + B to select the next character.
Press Start + D to select the previous character.
2. Enable this code when fighting a CPU controlled player two.
Player one's controller may now control the CPU, with no special
moves or dashing. Also has a "Stupid CPU" effect of
playing on player one's controller.
