1. Hold D and press A or hold A
and press D for an additional effect.
2. Enable this Dip at the character selection screen. Then hold
D and press A at the selection screen to play as
Zankuru.

Note: Activating any of the Dips will set both characters as if
they have executed the Rage Explosion. This allows the POW special
to be done at any time, as well as unlimited Rage Explosions.
