if you go to the very top of the mountain where the fairy is located,
next to her entrance is another one into the Fire Temple. Once
inside, put on the Hover Boots use the "Unlimtied hover"
code to hover over to the ledge on the left hand side. From here

8111B998<0000 or FFFF> Set to "0000" to turn on or "FFFF" to
turn off. For this to toggle on or off, you must walk through
a doorway to activate the change. In some cases, you must do get
it first to get the code to work.
Press R to become child link or adult Link:

8011A5D7 00<01 or 00> Set "01" for child or "00" for adult.
Note:This code may cause the game to crash if you do it in Adult-only
places. This is useful to go through the hole after Nabooru left
and use other items that the child could not use in the first
place. When played on an emulator, the message "Access Violation"
may appear in some areas. To prevent this from happening, save
your game on an actual Nintendo 64 before enabling this code.
If you are using an emulator, created a save state before activating
it or save it on the emulator.
Set time of day:
8111A5DC???? Possible values are "4000" for sunrise, "5800"
for daylight, "7000" for very bright, "C000"
for sunset, and "D000" for fairly dark. This code's
purpose is to allow you to change what enemies appear at a specific
time.
