Mistake: Disappearing heels:
Advance to time index 1:51:27 and pause the DVD. Advance
frame by frame. You will see Nicole Kidman's character wearing
heels as she falls. However, look closely at time index 1:52:41
to see that she is no longer wearing heels, and is trying to hold
her foot up high enough so it appears as if she is wearing them.
