Press DVD/CD on the remote control. 2Press Open on the remote control to open the drive tray. Press C, 2, 5, 8, 0 , C on the remote control. The word "TESTMODE" will appear on the DVD display to confirm correct code entry, and the onscreen display should indicate the current region setting. Press Up on the remote control until "14 02" appears on the onscreen display. The "02" indicates the current region and may be different depending on what your player is currently set to. Using the remote control, press 1, 4, then enter 0 and 0 for multi-region; 0 and 1 for Region 1; or 0 and 2 for Region 2, etc. Press Enter on the remote control. Then, press Return on the remote control. The word "TESTMODE" should appear on the DVD display. Press C on the remote control. The message "EEP CLR" followed by "EEP ERR" will appear. Place your DVD in the drive tray Press Return on the remote control.
