Scorcher mode: Press Select(3) at the Takara logo. A sound
will confirm correct code entry. Desperation moves may now be
done at any time and some characters will have new special attacks.
Expert mode: Note: This code may only be enabled when the game is
played through a Super Game Boy. Press Up(2), Select,
A, Down(2), Select, B when the phrase
"Press Start" appears at the title screen. The title
will turn blue to confirm correct code entry. The CPU controlled
character is faster in this mode.
Fight as Gaia, Gaia 2, Uranus, and Sho:
Press Up, Down, A, B, Right,
Left, A, B during the Ellis demo, when she
turns around and beeps. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Gaia, Gaia 2, Uranus, and Sho will now be accessible at the character
selection screen.
Fight as Gaia and Sho: Press Right, Left, A, B
during the Ellis demo, when she turns around and beeps. A sound
will confirm correct code entry.
All fighters: Press Up, Down, A, B, Left,
Right, A, B when Elis begins to dance at
Elis' demo screen.

select a message from 0 through 207. Then, press A to display
the dialogue, tips, and special attack messages.
