Blaine: To get to Blaine very easily, locate the tape recorder
machines in every room by the trainers. They will ask you Pocket
Monster questions. If you answer correctly, you will get to the
next room automatically. If you answer incorrectly, you will have
to fight the trainer. Continue until you reach Blaine.

Brock: Use Water Pokemon against him. He has Geodude at level
12 and Onix at level 14.

Catch a Pidgey and raise it to at least to level 15. When you
face Brock and he uses Bite, use the Sand Attack move. This cause
Brock to miss almost every attack that attempts.

Go to Viridian Forest and catch a Caterpie. Raise it to level
7 and evolve it. Then, raise the Metapod to level 10 to evolve
it into a Butterfreee. It should know psychic. Go to Brock and
use Butterfree's psychic on the Geodude and knock it out. Then
use psychic twice on Onix and it should also knock it out.
