Successfully complete Story mode as King.

Play as King:
Successfully complete Story mode with all eight starting characters.

Play as Lucia:
Successfully complete Story mode as Gale and M. Prison.

Fight against Lucia:
Successfully complete Story mode with all eight starting characters. The last character completing Story mode will face Lucia as the final Boss. Defeat her, and Lucia will be unlocked as a final Boss on all future Story mode games.

Play as M. Prison:
Successfully complete Story mode as King.
