Bonus levels: Get a "Perfect" rank in each level in a kingdom
to unlock a bonus level for that kingdom. There is a bonus level
in each of the four kingdoms.
Alternate ending sequence: Get a "Perfect" rank in each normal level
and the bonus levels. An new sequence will appear after Onimen
is defeated.
