Successfully complete the game with an "S" rank on all missions.

Successfully complete the game after all the hidden discs have been collected. Then highlight the "New Game" option at the main menu, hold R and press Start.

Ex Skill:
Complete a Boss scene with an "A" or "S" rank to get an Ex Skill. There are twelve Ex Skills available.

To get Ex Skills easily, when you are about to kill a Boss use the elf that gives you the A rank. Use it and kill the Boss you are fighting. At the results, you will get the Ex Skill.

Alternate Cyberworld enemies:
Use a link cable to connect to Mega Man Battle Network 4 Red Sun or Blue Moon. Go to Ciel's room after killing Omega. Press Up in front of the computer and select "Transmission" to trade any chip into the game. All Cyberworld enemies will be changed.

Hint: Defeating Inarabitta:
The most effective way of defeating this Boss is to use Recoil Rod + Hyper jab (the Ex skill from Deathtantz Mantisk). Because your Hyper Jab destroys his missiles/torpedoes, all you have to do just charge straight up to him and press Jab repeatedly. He may sometimes leap away or fire the arrow beam. This does not matter because it is well worth it. If you have the Fire Armor, put it on and it will be an even swifter victory.

Hint: Defeating Phantom:
Go to Sub Arcadia. Use the Cyberspace portal and go to the area with all the platforms and spikes. There will be a door in the top left corner, like the kind you see before a Boss. Enter to find a portal and a secret disk. Take the portal to find an enemy that has returned from the dead. Phantom, one of the four Guardians, will insult you. You will fight after he says "You do not have what it takes to be a hero". Phantom has a few attacks. He will split into four images, slash at you, spin on a disk around the room, and throw things at you that look like shurikens. When he splits into four, wait off to the side. The correct one will be revealed, and he will jump onto a disk and spin around the room, throwing shuriken-type things at you. Attack him now with the Z Saber or Recoil Rod (not the Buster -- if you do not have correct timing, he will hit you). Then he will jump off and slash at you. Equip the Shadow Shoes Foot Chip if you have them, and dash through him with the Shadow Shoes or over him normally. Then, turn and attack with any weapon. Repeat this until he dies. He will call you a true hero and to destroy Weil. You will teleport out to Sub Arcadia. Grab the Ultima Foot Chip from where the portal was (it is still there, but you cannot use it again). The Ultima Foot Turns every single Foot Chip trait on (Boost Speed, Double Jump, Splash Foot, Spike Shoes, Frog Foot, and Shadow Shoes).

Hint: Defeating Ninja Phantom:
In the second to last level, before you fight Crea and Prea you must execute the portal to cyber space. While in cyber space. if you find a route to make it to the hidden doorway to your right you will see a portal. Press Up and you will fight Ninja Phantom from the Mega Man Zero. Defeat him to get the Ultimate Foot Chip carrying all Foot traits.

Hint: Power bash:
Note: This only works in Ultimate mode and cannot be used with the Buster or the Boomerang unless you have the EX Skill Shield Spin. Walk forward, then press Down + B. Zero will attack with a fully charged shot without charging. Note: the EX Skill Saberthrow will not effect this.
