Go to the Underground Forest. When you finish fighting the FireRenant, you will find a Gyro Cannon H. Attack it until it leaves its propeller . Then, jump and grab it to fly. Jump off it when you get to the top and you will find a Sub-Tank.

Hint: Area Zero: Easy lives:
As you ride the platform down, jump towards the first ledge you see. There will be an extra life underneath a Beamwalker. You can return to this location as many times as desired to collect the extra life again.

Hint: Underground Forest: Easy lives:
Inside the tree, at the very end of the first path, there is an odd-looking section of wall. Wall kick the section. There will be an extra life in the room. You can return to this location as many times as desired to collect the extra life again.

Hint: Easy E-Crystals:
To get E-Crystals and energy items continuously, find one or more enemies and go back and forth destroying them. E-Crystals refill energy and fill up all your sub tanks. Not all enemies have energy items, however all enemies have E-Crystals.

Hint: Colored energy attacks:
To shoot the colored energy things that are blue and red, get the opposite color with the Zero Knuckle. Get a blue or red Mag Punch and it will either get flung somewhere (perhaps hitting enemies destroying it) or freeze momentarily. That only happens if the colors are opposite

Hint: Avoiding Mino Magnax's "separation" attack:
When he separates, go under his head. When his legs are just one jump away from you, dash to the very corner on either side until the legs pass away. When the arms attack you, just climb up until its clear to go down.
