Cheat mode: Pause game play, then press Select to display
the "Enter Cheat Code" prompt. Enter one of the following
codes to activate the corresponding cheat function for the current
game session.
Invincibility: Press R, L, Up(2), Left,
Right during game play in single player mode.
Magic wind: Press Up, R, Down, Left(2),
Right during game play in single player mode. The Magic
Wind keeps your ship sailing as fast as possible.
Restore health: Press Select, R, A, L,
Left, Right during game play in single player mode.
Exit map to island nav (or Go To Next):
Press Left, A, Left, Select,
Down(2) during game play in single player mode.
Unlock Rumors: Press A, L, Select, A,
Right, Up during game play in single player mode.
All ship upgrades: Press Right, Left(2), Down, Up,
Select during game play in single player mode.
Best Jack upgrades: Press Right, L, Down, A,
Left, Select during game play in single player mode.
Restore grog/food: Press A, Select, Left, Down,
Right, Up during game play in single player mode.
1,000 gold: Press A, L, Select, R,
Right(2) during game play in single player mode.
Hint: Defeating Davey Jones: After you defeat Isla Cruces, keep saving up so you
can have the best sword and shirt for Jack. Do not run from the
enemies because you need your notoriety to go up to have good
combo moves. Buy the following for your ship: a thunder cannon
battery, third rate frigate sail, and gold plated hull. You will
first have to battle the Flying Dutchman. Defeat it and when your
first mate says to board the Flying Dutchman, do so. Battle your
way to the top of the ship. Keep going to your right when on the
top of the ship. When on the platform just diagonally up and to
the left hand side of Davey Jones, keep using hellfire until you
are almost out of health. If you have a bottle with you, throw
it at Davey Jones. That should finish him off. If you do not have
a bottle, wait until after Davey Jones swings his sword then strike
him three times. This finishes him off. Then, battle the Kraken.
If you have any Jolly Roger attacks, use them. It may require
about fifteen normal cannonball hits.
