Your toilet is installed after you buy something from the pawn
shop and talk to Dusty. When you go outside he will call you and
tell you. Burple the alien will be on the toilet. Say "What's
up", listen, then back up. Your Boss will call. Do as he
says. You then have to repair the toilet seat before you use it.
Then, quickly go to the boardroom downstairs.

Do not buy a refrigerator. Instead, keep going to
the saloon and buy the cheapest foods and drinks. The cheapest
food is 15 Simoleons, and so is the cheapest drink. If you get
a drink or food from your refrigerator, you will end up paying
90 Simoleons for it.
