All remotes: Create the following arrows on the password screen
by holding the first button, then pressing the second button that
is indicated. [B + Down] twenty times, B
+ Up, A + Right, [A + Left]
two times, [B + Down] two times, B + Right,
A + Right.
256 lives: Hold A and press Right(28) to create
arrows at the password screen that will result in 256 lives.
