Episode skip:
The following trick will advance the game to the next episode of the current level. Die or get arrested until you have no lives remaining. When the screen displaying your stats appears, press A to restart and use the same character. The next episode in the level will be unlocked. Repeat this procedure to unlock all the levels. Note: Once you start the next episode you must pause game play and press B button to quit in order for the level to be stored in memory.

Level select:
Rename any character to LEVELS to unlock all cities. Alternately, rename any character to WENDY.

Hidden characters:
Rename the character "KELLY" to SUMNER to unlock the game's developers.

Unlimited ammunition:
Rename any character to FULL.

Glitch: Walk on air:
Walk up the stairs at the north end of the hospital in Vice City (in North Banana Grove). Move over to the edge of the building. You can now walk over objects and water. The police also will not be able to do anything since you are in mid-air. Walk down any set of stairs to return to normal.

There is another location where this trick may be done. On Madrian Mayhem, go to South Market. There will be a blue building with a small flight of stairs. Go up the stairs, move over to the edge, then float on air.
