Earn an "S" rank in Strongest Rival as Sasuke.

Orochimaru:
Successfully complete 65 missions.

Orochimaru (Sealed Arms):
Unlock Kabuto and Orocimaru.

Sakon and Ukon (Curse Mark level 2):
Successfully complete 100 missions.

Sarutobi:
Successfully complete 85 missions.

Sasuke (old costume):

Difficulty 4:
Unlock Shadow mode then complete the "B" rank mission "Beat 50 Shadow", the "A" rank mission "Beat 100 Shadow", and the "S" rank mission "Beat 200 Shadow.

Mission mode:
Successfully complete Story mode part 1.

Shadow mode:
Play Survival mode twenty times.

Gallery in Omake mode:
Successfully complete Story mode parts 1, 2, 3,and 4. Note: You wil see Kakashi putting up posters.

Hint: Cancel combo to do other combos:
Press Y at a certain time during a combo to cancel it.

Hint: Curse Mark Sasuke 2: Flapping Chidori:
Use Curse Mark Sasuke 2's special and hold Y. This will power up the Flapping Chidori.

Glitch: Fireball:
First, unlock Unsealed 2 Sasuke. Then, start a versus match where both players chose him. Have both people fill their Chakra meter. Once both meters are full, have both players simultaneously press Down + X to trigger his secondary special, the Katon. If they are far enough apart (medium distance), the two fireballs should collide and become suspended in mid-air. The fight will continue as normal, only darker and extremely lagged. Also, sometimes by running into your opponent's fireball, you can take the damage with the fireball still there (although this might only work the first time).

Glitch: No scar Iruka:
In any mode, Iruka has no scar across his nose, yet his picture does.

Glitch: CS2 Sasuke vs. Kyuubi Naruto battle:
Unlock CS2 Sasuke. Partake in the S-Rank mission "Strongest Rival, Kyuubi Naruto" as CS2 Sasuke. While battling Kyuubi Naruto, keep using the secondary special, Katon (Fire Release) as many times as possible. After you use it, Kyuubi Naruto might use his special, Kyuubi Rasengan (Nine-Tailed Spiraling Sphere). You might not take any damage at all if timed perfectly. This also works if Kyuubi Naruto uses a hit-combo; then you use Juuin Chidori (Curse Mark One-Thousand Birds), and Kyuubi Naruto will not take any damage.

Glitch: Roshman falls:
Go to the Great Naruto Bridge stage with Sakon or Ukon. Do their Roshmon summoning. Afterwards Roshmon will fall off the bridge. The trick is to have four players spread out.

Glitch: Aqua ring lingers:
Have one player select Choji and another select Kisame. Kisame must use his Water Shark special (Down + X) and have Choji use his Super Grapple technique (A) on Kisame while the Water Shark is on screen. The Shark's bubbly water ring should stay on screen throughout the round. This can be done multiple times.
