Open a sewer cover with a gray wrench. Collect the
two extra lives, leave the sewer, then return. Collect the lives
again and repeat.

Hint: Forever playing phonographs: Throw your hat by holding Z and pressing B
at a phonograph. When the timer gets to "00", it will
start over again, repeatedly.
