Alternate costumes: Press C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, or
C-Right when at the tee at the first hole.
Change golfer size: Highlight a character at the player configuration
screen, then hold C-Up + C-Down + C-Left
+ C-Right and press A. The golfer height attribute
may now be changed.
