Hint: Coruscant Encounter: Secrets:
You can destroy the Republic Cruiser and it will appear
somewhere else in the level. There is a bonus just left of where
you started, through the tunnel, and on a platform just ahead
of you. Darth Maul releases "Dark Eyed" Probe Droids
to slow you down. You can destroy Coruscant taxis, statues, light
posts, people, "Dark Eyed" Probe Droids, and the Republic
Cruiser twice -- you do not really destroy the Darth Maul).
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Hint: Disruption Of Comm 4: Platinum medal:
To increase the number of destroyed enemies, do not
destroy the shield projectors as you were ordered. Instead, begin
firing your blasters repeatedly at the Comm Satellite. Each shot
that hits it counts for a destroyed enemy. To make sure you get
enough, you should continue to do so for a minute or two. When
you think you have gotten enough (150-300), bring down the satellite's
shields by flying towards the large tan-colored moon. You should
reach a mine field surrounding what would have been your last
projector to destroy. Just fly within range of a mine so that
it shoots at you. Either by glitch or secret, this disables the
satellite's shields. Then, just return to the satellite and hit
it with your torpedoes -- you should have all of them left. If
you do not get the platinum medal, the game will not show you
how good your stats need to be, so you have to just try it a few
times. You will not have to worry about friendly saves, your shot
percentage should be easy, and you are never really in danger
until the shields go down.
Information in this section was contributed by Jared Shoptaw.
The following are estimated requirements for the Platinum Medal
in Disruption of Comm 4. The values in parentheses are estimates
of what is required.
Information in this section was contributed by QuAkE897.
Time: 3:52 (less than 4:00)
Enemies destroyed: 136 (more than 120)
Accuracy: 93% (more than 90%)
Saves: 4
Bonus: No
Lives: 3
Hint: Battle For Naboo: Platinum medal:
Enable the "One hit kills" code. When start
the level, fly up for a short distance, then point towards the
Control Ship. Fly over the first wave of fighters. If done correctly,
they will shoot at you, but miss. As soon as you pass them, a
flight of more fighters will fly on your right. Aim at them and
fire a Cluster Missile. It should take them all out. Then, turn
left until you see another small flight. Shoot another Cluster
Missile to take them out. Carefully destroy all the other ships,
without getting shot down. When you begin to attack the ship,
take out the two generators you are facing. Then, fly around the
left circumference of the ship, taking out the turrets. When you
get to the rear, pull up and fly over the ship, taking out the
three turrets you are facing. Then, face the direction of the
engine ports, pull up, and fly out a while. Turn around and, from
a distance, destroy the three other turrets -- they will be on
your left when looking at the control ship from behind. Fly back
to the circumference, taking out all the turrets as you go. When
you get to the end, turn back around and fly under the ship so
you do not get hit. Turn around again and destroy the last tractor
beam generator. Fly back under the ship, and shoot the shield
generator from below. Getting the following or better will result
in a Platinum Medal.
Information in this section was contributed by BAILEY4BOY2.
Time: Under 4:00
Enemies Destroyed: 72
Accuracy: 72%
Hint: Liberation Of Camp 4: Advanced Laser
upgrade:
Near the end of the level, where you take out the final
Shield Generator and the Turret, immediately make a U-turn to
your left once you reach the plateau. You will find a small inclined
trail beside the side of the hill. Follow the trail, turn right,
and you will find the Advanced Laser upgrade at the end.
Information in this section was contributed by Jazz Band T-Bone.
Hint: Panaka's Diversion: Reenter the city:
At the end of the level where the final tanks are located
are steps that go up and out of the city. You must have the Gian
Speeder to do this trick. Take some time to wiggle up the steps.
You will succeed and your speeder will be out on the grass fields.
You can reenter the city anywhere after you are in the fields.
Information in this section was contributed by Kerry Newman.
Hint: The Queens Gambit: Platinum medal:
Enable the "Double secondary weapon" code.
When you start the level, stay at the main farm. Carefully take
out the Droids. When you start telling Captain Panaka about the
convoy, head directly for those turrets, then take out the tanks.
Select the N-1 Starfighter. Go to the bases and fire two clusters
at it . With the others, fire one cluster and take out the "gas
tanks" with your blasters. Go back to the convoy, taking
out any Droid Starfighters on your way. When you reach it, take
out the tankes with your clusters. Finish off the MTTs with the
rest of your clusters. The following are requirements for the
Platinum Medal in The Queens Gambit Level:
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Time: 4:06
Enemies destroyed: 55
Accuracy: 56%
Saves: 11
Bonus: No
Lives: 3
Hint: Sanctuary: Platinum medal:
Double your secondary weapon and make sure you have
Cluster Seeker Missiles. Quickly head for the hanger, and select
the N-1 Starfighter. Take out all the tanks except for one. Go
to the tunnel, and wait for four tanks to appear. Destroy them
with your missiles. Destroy the tunnel. Head for town, taking
out the tank and all the Droid Starfighters on your way. Destroy
the tanks in town and the fallen tower. When you hear "We
need to reach the ruins!", go over the hanger, destroy the
tank, and go down the valley (taking out swarms of fighters with
your missiles). When reach the tanks, destroy them. Go back to
the speeders and protect them until they reach the ruins. Do not
go after the bonus -- it is not needed for the medal. If one of
the rescued prisoner's crafts are destroyed, try again. Note:
The key to this mission is timing and accuracy. The following
are the requirements for this level:
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Time: 6:12
Enemies destroyed: 54
Accuracy: 83%
Saves: 6
Bonus: 0
Lives: 3
Hint: Sanctuary: Secret entrance:
There is a secret entrance to the main valley that
you fly down. The entrance is a depression in the ridge behind
the town. It comes out directly in front of where you have to
take out the line of about six AATs.
Information in this section was contributed by Jrussel.
Hint: The Search For Captain Kael: Easier
platinum medal:
The mining facility has a temple-like building in the
middle that you can pass underneath through an arch. The arch
has a strange, blue energy field inside it. When you pass through,
it charges up your shields. This will be confirmed when you initially
exit the field because Sykes makes a remark about the field strengthening
his shields. This makes it easier to get a platinum medal on this
mission because you can just sit underneath it and charge up while
you shoot what is within line of sight, or just charge quickly
after taking out the all of the turrets at the facility before
moving on.
Information in this section was contributed by Tim0theus.
Hint: Trade Federation Secrets: Secret
hanger:
When you start the level, turn left to the small island.
Behind it is a secret hanger. You can choose any flying ship from
there.
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Hint: Second bonus level: All flight craft:
Get all gold medals and the platinum medal on The Dark
Side level. Enable the "One hit kills" code. All flight
craft except for the Naboo Bomber should now be available. Note:
This is permanent, so you can restart your system to play without
the "One hit kills" code active. This allows you to
have the Sith Infiltrator meet the Sith Infiltrator.
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Hint: Second bonus level: Platinum Medal:
Use the "Second bonus level: All flight craft"
trick and enable the "One hit kills", and "Homing
torpedoes and missiles" codes. Select the Sith Infiltrator.
When you start the level, turn left and go after the bonus. Next,
go out the other end. Turn right and ready your missile. Quickly
go straight, and fire a Maul. Note: The key to this level is speed
-- go fast. If you do not get the platinum medal, hyst try again.
The following are requirements for the Platinum Medal in the second
secret level of the game:
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Time: 0:23
Enemies destroyed: 1
Accuracy: 68%
Saves: 30
Bonus: No
Lives: 3
Hint: Third secret level: Platinum Medal:
The following are estimated requirements for the Platinum
Medal in the third secret level in the game. The values in parentheses
are estimates of what is required.
Information in this section was contributed by TheDamnedOne.
Time: 7:15 (under 7:30)
Enemies: 40 (over 39)
Accuracy: 25% (25%)
Friendly Saves: 13 (over 12)
No bonus on this level
Lives: 3
First, double your secondary weapon, and enable the "Homing
torpedoes and missiles" code. Then, take out the first wave
of Gian Speeders. When you face the second wave, destroy three
of the four speeders. Next, go to the swamp and destroy the RSF
(Police) Cruisers there with your missiles. Go back to the battle
a destroy the remaining Gian Speeders. Fire four missiles at enemies,
then choose one N-1 not to destroy immediately. Destroy all RSF
Cruisers and Gungan Transports, then destroy that remaining N-1.
Then, take on the two squadrons of N-1s. Ignore the four Gungan,
they waste time and are not needed to win the Platinum Medal.
Information in this section was contributed by Matt Rieckman.
Hint: Outlaws characters:
In the cliff-like level, turn right around at the
start and hit turbo to enter a portal. You will find a room with
all he characters from the PC game Outlaws from LucasArts.
Information in this section was contributed by Shane Sprenger.
Glitch: Panaka's special laser:
Play Panaka's Diversion, and when the door is blown
up by the commandos, go towards the bridge as told. However, instead
of stopping under the bridge, go out where the droids are located.
When Panaka will say "We've been spotted", go back under
the bridge and face Panaka. You should see a green laser shooting
from his legs. If you do not look behind, you should see sparks
where the laser is shooting. Note: This does not effect the game
or make it eaiser. You also may see other people doing this.
Information in this section was contributed by Troy Kuhn.
Glitch: Strange levels:
Enable the "Level select" code when you unlocked
the second secret level. You will be able to play a third secret
level and other glitched levels. Note: The game may freeze when
they are played with the text "Use space bar" or "Esc"
appearing.
