Level select: Begin game play and intentionally lose. Select the
"Continue" option, hold Right, Left, A,
B, UpDown, on controller two, and hold A
+ Select on controller one.
Display ladders: Press Left(3), B(2), A(4), Right
on controller two and press Start on controller one at
the title screen.
