Unlimited lives: Enable the "Level select" code and choose
to start at level 15. Kill only one single enemy to get a score
of 200 points. Intentionally lose all your remaining lives. Hold
B on controller two + A on controller one and press
Start at the "Game Over" screen. Start another
game sessions your life counter will display "HERANAI".
Continue game play: Press Right after losing your last life to resume
at the last level played.
