Cheat mode:
Note: One empty saved game file slot is required. Press Start at the title screen and select the ''New Game'' option. Press Start. Press A on an empty saved game file to display the "Insert Name" screen. Enter GaoGao as a name, then press A. Begin game play to have invincibility, unlimited gold and other bonuses.

Invincibility and unlimited gold:
In the Japanese version, start a new game. Enter your name with the following Japanese game. Press Down(3), Right(2) and select the highlighted Japanese character. Then, press Down(2), Left(2) and select the highlighted Japanese character. Then, press Right(3) and select the highlighted Japanese character. Then, press Up(5), Left(2) and select the highlighted Japanese character. Start the game to have unlimited gold and become invincible.

View ending:
Begin a new game and enter ENDING as a name. Visit the king to view the ending sequence.
