Select and press Reset. Release Select and
wait for the demo to begin. Wait for Mikey to die. When Momma
Fratelli begins talking, press Start to play the demo level.
To begin on a different level, wait until the demo starts, then
press Start or Select to return to the title screen
before Mikey dies. Wait for the next demo to begin, then repeat
the steps to start at the new demo level.
Program CRC test: Hold A + B and press Start at
the title screen.
