Level select: Enter one of the following codes at the title screen
to start at the corresponding level with unlimited lives.
Level 2 Hold Up/Right + A on controller two and press
Start on controller 1.
Level 3 Hold Right + A on controller two and press Start
on controller 1.
Level 4 Hold Down/Right + A on controller two and press
Start on controller 1.
Level 5 Hold Down + A on controller two and press Start
on controller 1.
Level 6 Hold Down/Left + A on controller two and press
Start on controller 1.
Level 7 Hold Left + A on controller two and press Start
on controller 1.
Bonus life: Begin a game in two player mode and intentionally allow
player two to die. Do not press A on controller two to
resume game play. Instead, continue the game using controller
one. Switch to controller two when the last life on player one's
game is lost to continue.
