99 continues: Allow the title screen to fade out to the introduction
sequence. Press Start to return to the title screen again.
Repeat this six more times so you that see the title screen a
total of eight times. At the eighth appearance of the title screen,
hold Up/Left + A + B + Select and
press Start.
