Boomerang Kid:

In the Shark City stage, climb the tree and jump on the cliff
that is directly above where the stage started. You will advance
to the next level.
In the Shark Fin Creek stage, jump on the first collapsing bridge
and fall into the shark infested water. This is another level
warp.
Treasure Island Dizzy:
Credits: Move to the right from the start of the game and get
underwater. Locate the platform that is on the left side of the
sunken ship. Jump on that platform and move to the right. Pressing
B to view the game's credits.
