Level select: This code requires a joystick connected to the Famicom's
Expansion port. Hold Joystick Up + Down on controller
one and press Start at the title screen.
Continue game play: Hold Up and press A(8) at the "Game
Over" screen with Darth Vader's head. Note: This can only
be done a maximum of two times.
