All weapons with unlimited ammunition:
Press Start to pause game play, then quickly press Square, Circle, R1, L1. The phrase "Power Up!" and a voice will confirm correct code entry.

On the first level of Act 1, destroy the second tank you find. Walk straight to the ledge but do not fall into the water. Turn left and walk forward. You should see the path. This will lead you to all kinds of guns.
