Extra saved game positions:
Select the "New System Data" option, then hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 + Select + Start and press Circle to increase the number of saved game positions to fifty.

Mirror tracks:
Finish in first place on all tracks. Then, press Right at the track selection screen.

Jump, then rapidly press Circle.

View ending sequence:
Complete all mirror tracks, then press Select at the title screen.

Double money:
Save the game twice in different slots. Enter the bank and use the money transfer function. Move the money from one slot to the other to double your money.

More money:
This trick requires two controllers and a memory card. Select two player mode, but with only you playing. After loading your game, pick the shortest track. Make the bet as high as possible. Race and you will win because there is nobody else playing. After winning, save the game but do not let the second player save. Return to the main menu and select two player mode. Load your game. The second player should have the same amount of money. The bet will also be higher. Repeat this to get more money.

Bonus animals:
Purchase all five kangaroos and five dinosaurs. The blank kangaroo and white dinosaur will now be available.

Bonus level:
Collect all Louies and Tirras and complete all level in both modes to unlock a new level just above the Space level.
