Hint: Special moves:
Press Down, Forward + Punch + Kick.
Information in this section was contributed by kamen kuuga.

Circle half way from down to where you are facing and press Triangle + Circle to use one of three specials.
Information in this section was contributed by muggie2000.

Hint: Defeating Big Zam:
Use all three Sephika Tenkyoken at Big Zam. Watch out for the missiles, but try to fly away from the Big Zam. Use Burning Finger frequently, as it does a lot of damage. However you can not pull him up because he is heavy. The Gundam you aer using is the Burning Gundam. Win with Gundam Maxter to get Bolt Gundam.

Hint: Defeating Dark Gundam with Gundam Maxter:
Dark Gundam is incredibly difficult to defeat with Gundam Maxter under the hard difficulty setting. The best strategy is to attack him while he executes a move and keep your distance. Do not stay in close; the Stun move will not work. While he does the Punch Fury move, either fire with the Magnums or get behind him and use the Gigantic Magnum or Machine Gun Punch. When he raises his hands in the air and they glow, do not block; it will not work. Either fly up or dodge to avoid the beams. Do not try to block the Gundam heads; you will still get damaged. Either dodge or fly out of their range.
Information in this section was contributed by Chad0079.

Do not rely on any special moves. The six-shooters do not do a lot of damage and they leave you vulnerable long enough for the Dark Gundam to send out his snakes. Your punches will just be interrupted with his punches, which do a lot more damage. Also, never go on the offense. Maxter may be good at offense, but not when he is fighting the Dark Gundam. Doing a super move on him may look tempting, but do not do this at all costs. You will have to resort to merely reacting to his moves. The only move you need to rely on in this fight is the Diving Headbutt (press Circle in air). This move does a good amount of damage, and it counters almost everything Dark Gundam does. Try to stay a good distance away from him. This will allow you to read his moves easier. The best moves that you can counter with are his ground snakes and his multi-punch move. The snakes normally follow a small, small, large pattern which he rarely strays from. Occasionally, he will throw out a snake that goes upward instead of forward, but this is not too common. When you see him launch out the small snakes, boost diagonally up and forward and do the headbutt. Try to aim it at his head so that you do not need to worry about being hit by the snakes. If done correctly, you should hit him while he is busy launching the larger snake, which will not hit you at all. Once the move is done, you will automatically rebound back to about half screen, so it is difficult for him to hit you as a follow-up. The multi-punch move can be countered in the same way as the snakes. Whenever you see him do it (occasionally from full screen, as if he is asking to get hit), just jump and headbutt him. Again, try to aim for the head. He cannot hit you afterwards unless he is very fast on the draw. For his other moves, you really do not have to do anything. For the cloud of electricity he sends out, just stay away and it will dissipate after awhile. You can also just stay away from him when he does the blue aura move. If you feel lucky, you can do a crouching headbutt (Down + Circle) to hit him in the ankle when he does that, but it does not do a tremendous amount of damage. He can hit you easily when he recovers. The only moves that can give you trouble are his unblockable, his super move, and any time he goes into flight mode. If he does the super, which only works from about half screen, just thrust up and forward and try for another headbutt. If you do not think you can thrust fast enough, just block it. The unblockable is harder, as you do not have the option to block it. You just have to watch for the animation and thrust the moment that you see him start. If he goes into flight mode, you have two options. You can either switch to a full-on offense mode, which may warrant some nice damage, but you will run an increased risk of taking a lot of damage yourself. The other option is to just wait for him to land and continue the reactionary game plan. Keep in mind that you cannot wait for him to do the punches or launch the snakes when he is in the air. He cannot do those moves up there. The only move you must watch out for is the evil clams that emerge from his feet. They hone in on you and do a lot of damage. Either thrust until they go off-screen, or block them. If you stick with the headbutt, play reactionary, and have a lot of patience, you can defeat him.

Hint: Defeating Gundam Rose:
Use Gundam Maxter. Make sure you have sixty seconds to defeat him. First, use Machine Gun Punch three times. Sometimes he will block it. Use your guns to do a lot of damage. If you cannot defeat him, fly away from him and do a little damage on him to win.

Hint: Altron Gundam: Beam Trident Rush Attack:
Press Right, Down, Left, Right + Punch for the Beam Trident Rush Attack, which is not in the manual. Note: This assumes player is facing to the right.
Information in this section was contributed by Woo Sung.

For Altron's other Trident attack, press Forward, Down, Away, Forward, Punch. Altron will do a different and more effective trident move.
Information in this section was contributed by Chad0079.

Hint: Bolt Gundam: Double Ball Attack:
Perform the attack where Bolt Gundam unleashes his ball on a purplish chain. However, when it is in mid-flight, press the same combination of buttons again.
Information in this section was contributed by Solidus.

Hint: Burning Gundam: Fiery Hand Burner:
Press: Back, Down, Foward, Back, Punch. Note: This move does not work on most Bosses and can only be used at close range. However, it can take at least half off your opponent's energy gauge.
Information in this section was contributed by Khumbu-NM.

Hint: Burning Gundam: Burning Kick:
Press Forward, Down, Forward.
Information in this section was contributed by Nelson Sosa.

Hint: Burning Gundam: Combo:
When fighting in any mode, use Burning Fingers (Down, Left + Punch) and immediately after the attack is done use Sekiha Tenkyoken (Down, Right + any two Attack). Make sure you have at least one more special gauge left.

Press Away, Down, Forward, Down, Away + Triangle. Burning Gundam grabs the opponent and thrusts him back with Burning Fingers.
Information in this section was contributed by Alex.

Hint: Deathscythe: Teleport:
When on the left side of the screen, press Down, Left, Circle. When on the right side of the screen, press Down, Right, Circle.
Information in this section was contributed by blue-eyes white dragon master.

Hint: Deathscythe: Teleport to Quick Slash:
Use Teleport (Down, Back, Kick) and while you disappear, hold Down and press Triangle. With the correct timing, you can slash your opponents when you appear in front of or behind them.
Information in this section was contributed by NoLiMiTsMaStEr.

Hint: Deathscythe: Hell combo:
When using the Down/Back + Punch attack, wanting to cause major damage may overcome you. Once the beams are hitting (it does not matter if they block), use his mega-special to cause sufficient damage.
Information in this section was contributed by RUSSELL CAMPBELL.

Hint: Psycho Gundam: Knee Smash:
Press Down/Back + Punch to grab your opponent and smash him on your knee, doing major damage.
Information in this section was contributed by RUSSELL CAMPBELL.

Hint: Psycho Gundam: Punch combo:
Use his Weak Punch (Square) four to six times, then use his strong punch (Triangle).
Information in this section was contributed by RUSSELL CAMPBELL.

Hint: Sandrock Custom: Shotel Carnival:
Press Forward, Down, Left + Kick.
Information in this section was contributed by Soundwave697.

Hint: Score under three minutes in Time Attack B:
Use GP 02A (Gundam Physalis). Since you fight the four Huge Class Mobile Suits (Big-Zam, Neue Zeil, Dark, Psycho Gundam), they cannot or do not block much. Use the Missile Rain Attack (Down, Away, Punch), and try not to hit the Suits with the initial Missile Pod (as it does less damage). Let it open and do more damage.
Information in this section was contributed by Nova162.

Hint: Easy win:
When playing under the hard difficulty setting, most Mobile Suits are difficult to defeat in battle. Use a 99 second time limit to compensate for this.
Information in this section was contributed by IV of XIII.

Hint: Unlocking characters in hard mode:
To unlock characters on hard mode, switch the time to 30 seconds. Then, use all three specials on your enemy as fast as possible. Fly around and do not let your enemy hit you. Do this until time runs out on each stage.
Information in this section was contributed by Thomaz Cuzins.

Hint: Destroying Mobile Armors:
Immediately boost over to the Armor's backside and use an attack that cannot be blocked until one or two of it armor gauges are gone. After this, continue unloading all of your ammunition/specials into it. If it turns around or tries to jump on you (Big-Zam usually), dash in front and boost behind when you get a chance. Most Gundams can drop it without losing any health, if your dodges are timed correctly. Note: Some Gundams consume ammunition much faster than others.
Information in this section was contributed by TrueJuno625.

Hint: Blocking the unblockable:
The following Gundams can block unblockable techniques such as Beam Sabers: Master Gundam, Wing Zero Custom, and any Gundam with a Bubble Shield (any two attack buttons). With Master Gundam, use his Master's Cross (Down, Away, Punch). With Wing Zero Custom, use his Bird Tackle (Down, Away, Kick) or his Rising Bird Tackle (Down, Forward, Down, Kick). This move can damage the opponent, unlike the Master Cross.
Information in this section was contributed by cobrix2.

With Mobile Suits in line with Gundam and ZZ Gundam, press Down, Away + simultaneous Attack buttons can give you a temporary shield.
Information in this section was contributed by crawf83.

Hint: Manual special moves:
You can alter the following so your Gundam performs different actions while performing a Special. These moves are possessed by Dragon Gundam, Deathscythe Hell Custom, Epyon, and possibly others. With Dragon Gundam, use his Dragon Flame (Down, Away, Punch) and press Up or Down to move the Dragon Flame in that direction. You can also use this move in the air. With Gundam Deathscythe Hell Custom, use his Phantom Move (Down, Away, Kick) and hold any direction to appear in that direction. This move can also be used in the air. With Epyon, use his Charging Energy Sphere (Down, Forward, Punch) and hold any direction to travel project Epyon towards the opponent. Epyon can plow through any move with Charging Energy Sphere. This can also be used in the air.
Information in this section was contributed by cobrix2.

Hint: Quick Time Attack B completion:
Use Dark Gundam and use Forward, Down, Away, Punch to shoot two unblockable lasers. When their life is low, use all three of your supers.
Information in this section was contributed by NoLiMiTsMaStEr.

Glitch: Wrong voice:
When the voice test mode is unlocked, play Trowa's voice. Treize's voice will be heard and vice versa.
