Regular Album:
Obtain 70 Rider Medal points to unlock the Regular Album (set 1) in V3 Digital Card mode. To unlock the other two sets, you must go to the "Get Card" option in the Regular Album and collect all of the cards on the first set. The second set should now be unlocked. Do the same for the third set.

Private Album:
Obtain all regular and prize cards to unlock the Private Album in V3 Digital Card mode. You can place your cards from the Regular Album to this album by highlighting a card and pressing Triangle. You can place fifteen cards in this album.

New selections in Option mode:
After unlocking Tachibana's Challenge mode, play it and advance through the different levels from the different challenges you encounter. Or, if you can, complete all of the levels of a certain challenge (such as "Kick The Can" or "Combo Can"). This will allow you to easily obtain the other options which are locked in Option mode. The following are the option numbers and effects. Note: These options sometimes have no effect in the other game modes, and are best used in 2 Player Battle mode.

Option 7: One-hit body inflating
Option 8: One-hit fall
Option 9: Change camera angle (Normal/Fixed/Overhead)

Rider Man Story mode:

Hint: Watch TV commercials:
Get regular card numbers 28, 60 and 90. Highlight one of those cards and select it. While in the front position, press Triangle to watch an old TV commercial of Kamen Rider V3's exclusive merchandise from the 1970s.

Hint: Alternate character appearance:
Normally, the game features those characters which are already transformed. However, if you go to the Option mode, then to "Option 1" and set the third option (Character Change), you will be able to play as those characters which are seen in Story mode which have not transformed yet, as well as those which you apparently do not seem to know his or her first appearance. The following is a list of those characters which appeared regularly as the transformed ones with their normal appearance.
