Hint: World 1 Arena 1: Secret arena: Blow up the atomic door with the "world's smallest
atomic device", then turn around and return to the original
cave where you started the game. Step into the shimmering pink
ball to enter a new arena. Shoot all the Grunts in this area to
get a tornado and health bites. Then, step into the ball again
to return to the original cave.
