Boss Battle mode:
Complete the game as any character, then save the game. Enter story mode (game start), load your game, choose any character, and you will be taken to the last stage fighting only the three bosses, Dark (Aku) Amakusa, Zankuro, and your rival.

Hint: Tam Tam: Hilarious win pose:
Select Tam Tam with his attack power at "Bust" and choose him by pressing X. Then, defeat your opponent. Tam Tam will now remove the thing on his shoulders, cross his arms over his chest, and shiver.
