Cheat mode: Hold Start on controller two while the game
loads a level, until the menu screen appears. Then, press L1,
R1, R2, L1, Select, Start at
the menu or while game play is paused to enable cheat mode. Menu
options for campaigns 2 and 3 will be unlocked, and the following
codes may now be enabled.
