Cheat mode:
The following codes have no effect until you have collected the indicated number of "Platinum" awards to unlock them. When this is done, the code will be revealed and can be used in any single player level in the game. However, codes cannot be enabled while trying to attain a "Platinum" award to unlock other codes.

Golden Gun:

Watch the credits and wait for the end (which takes awhile). At the end it seems like the Everything or Nothing introduction with the Mya song starts. Actually when the glass breaks, John Cleese's face appears and that is the interview. If you do not want to watch all of the credits, just press X when it starts to skip through it.

Highlight a mission at the selection and press Triangle(2).

Hint: Eliminating enemies quickly:
While you are facing a lot of enemies, press L1 to aim and shoot with R1. Continue to press L1 and you will go from enemy to enemy, weakening each without eliminating one by one. You can also do that and dodge shots if they get a chance to shoot you by pressing Circle.

Hint: Dart Gun:
When you get the Dart Gun from Q, he says it will knock out your enemies for a few hours. However, it will actually kill them in one hit, just like the Golden Gun. Note that it does not have a long range. Save the gun until you are low on health or are surrounded; it is very useful.

Hint: M.I.6 combat simulator:
Stealth is always the best option. One of the easiest ways to do this is as follows. When you start, go up the stairs to your right. Before you get to the end, wall hug to check if anyone is there. If there is, take out your silenced PP7 and manually aim at his head (aim, then press R3). Then, shoot to kill. Crouch down and go along the balcony, silently picking off your enemies by shooting them in the head with your silenced PP7.

Go to the bottom part, then kill everyone. Next, go to the steps where you started and go to the lump in the ground. Take out your Q Spider and go in the hole. Follow the path to the lift and get it to go up. Then, go to the next hole and blow up the thing at the bottom of the wall. You will then be able to get 007 to enter the door.

Play the level when you are going over the bridge on the motorcycle chasing Jaws. When jaws crosses over to the other side of the bridge, stop. You will see a large smiling sun with rosy cheeks.

Hint: Old Friend: Shoot Jaws:
If you have earned the Golden Gun and use it on the "Old Friend" mission, you can actually use it to shoot Jaws. It will not hurt him, but it will push him back.

Glitch: Ground Zero: Float in air:
Go to the top-right area (near the gas tank). You can walk over the rail and float in mid-air. Note: You can get stuck somewhere there.

Glitch: Kiss Kiss Club: Pretend gun:
After opening the door in the Kiss Kiss Club, kill all the guards. Before you go into the door, put away your weapon. When you see the intermission sequence, you will actually see Bond holding his hand up with an imaginary gun in it. He will still pull his finger back and you will see the gun move.

Glitch: Kiss Kiss Club: Invisible Agent Starling:
When Agent Starling is singing her last song, kill everyone in the area. Then, stand directly next to the door but do not go through it. Look directly at the microphone and you will not see Agent Starling.

Glitch: Mardi Gras Mayhem: Flying cars:
Drive around until you find a fire hydrant. Drive next to it and make sure you are facing the road. When a car comes by, quickly shoot it with your E.M.P. The fire hydrant will fly towards the car and start hitting it. For best results, shoot the car again with your E.M.P. Wait a few seconds and the car will blow up, then fly all over the place. Note: This may require several attempts.

Glitch: Mardi Gras Mayhem: Drive a wrecked Aston Marton V12 Vanquish:
Drive to the park. Park your car in the parking space backwards, so that you do not have to turn around to get out of the park. Do not touch the wall itself. Leave a slight gap and fire your Acid Slic in this gap. Use it all, then quickly press Triangle to get out your car. Watch the intermission sequence. Bond will get out of the car and run towards the ringing telephone. Your Aston Martin V12 Vanquish will explode. When the intermission sequence ends or when you skip it, you can drive around in your car while it is completely destroyed. However, do not hit anything head on or you will die.

Glitch: Mardi Gras Mayhem: Floating smoke:
Use the "Drive a wrecked Aston Martin V12 Vanquish" glitch then drive to the truck at the Gumbo Diner. Open the back of the truck and drive into it. When you take control of the truck, reverse out of the parking space that you are in. You will see smoke floating in mid air. The smoke is coming from where your Aston Martin V12 Vanquish was when it was inside the Truck.

Glitch: Show Of Force: Bouncing Jeeps:
At the end of the level when you have just made it on the plane there will be an intermission sequence with one or more enemy Jeeps driving off the cliff. Notice that they will not fall, but instead bounce around.

Glitch: Train Chase: No damage from bullets or crashes:
When you start this level, go right instead of left. You will see a motorcycle. It is not the Datyona 500. This motorcycle has 40 missiles and nothing else. It will take no damage from enemy bullets, missiles, or crashes, but will if you flip over. When you get hit, you will see the health bar go down then back up. The route you take also has less enemies and is short. Note: If you use this motorcycle you may only get two of the three Bond Moments, but makes it a lot easier to get a "Platinum" award.

Note: It is possible to get all three Bond Moments, but one of them is different. During the Bond Moment in the ruins where you have to find a different route, instead of going off the ramp take a right. You will have to use the slide with L1 to get the Bond Moment.

Glitch: Train Chase: Disappearing weapons:
When you complete the level, watch the intermission sequence. Bond gets inside the train and crouches behind a box. Look to your left to see some AK-74s on a weapon rack. However, when you actually start the next level, "An Old Friend", the AK-74s have disappeared.

Glitch: Drive on water:
On the level where you chase Jaws in the big tanker truck, get to the part where you can jump the separated hanging roads. If you turn right very hard, you can sometimes land on the barrier that normally prevents you from falling off into the water. Once on that, you can steer right even more and drive above the water until you hit a barrier. At this point you will die.

Glitch: Ammunition is not counted against you:
On the levels such as Ambushed when you are trying to get a Platinum Award, you normally cannot use any ammunition. However, if you shoot while you are in a dive, the game does not count this as using ammunition. This is useful if you have a shotgun (which kills an opponent in one shot if you are close enough) then lock on, dive and shoot. He will be dead, and you will not have failed the Platinum objective.

Whenever you reverse into a parking space and press Triangle, your vehicle will turn around all by itself.
