Purchase an SUV. Put the biggest rims possible on it. Next, put the most tire profile on it. Leave the ride height as stock. This will allow you to hit traffic at high speeds and you will not lose any speed.

In San Diego, defeat opponents such as Bishop, Vannessa, and Carlos. After defeating them there should be a new person named Phil. Defeat him in two races to get all C class vehicles.

Hint: Help or hinder the law:
In Tokyo Challenge or Arcade mode, always do the Shinjuku Circuit with a car that has the Agro ability. On about the sixth turn you will see a big stone building on your right and a walkway overhead. On the right side sidewalk you will see a Tokyo policeman chasing a green car. You can be good or evil, depending on whether you use Agro on the cop or criminal.

Glitch: Atlantic City: Drive through cars:
There is a place at the graveyard with six roads from the left to right with yellow lights inside. Drive through in a road with a car that drives in just before you. Use Tuner zone and nitro to drive through the car. This works well with buses.

Glitch: Tokyo: Go through garage:
In Arcade or Online mode, you can go through the garage in Tokyo. Drive to the garage door with your front bumper against the door. Accelerate while turning side to side. If this does not work, then driver very fast into the door and turn side to side. You will go through the door and get inside the building.

Glitch: Tokyo: Self-driving car:
Buy any type of car, and go to Tokyo. Find a road near a train track up ramp. Push a generic traffic vehicle up onto the tracks via the ramp. Note: This requires patience. Wait and the car will start to drive on the tracks. It can go on its own and drive on air. If you hit it, it will fall off.
