In Adventure mode as Crocodile, get Eneru as an ally in the Jaya area. Then, win a battle using him.

Kuina:
In Adventure mode as Chaser, recruit Kuina in the ship graveyard. Then, defeat Zolo using her in Alabasta.

All Straw Hat characters except for Vivi will have their 1P and 5P costumes already unlocked.. Robin already has a 4P costume. The 4P, 3P, and 2P costumes are normally unlocked during game play, as indicated below.

Chopper 2P: Get the bonus item "Santa Hat" by defeating Ace (Trace) as Chopper at a Wrecked Ship in the Graveyard of Ships.

Chopper 3P: Get the bonus item "Polo Shirt" at Pepper Village in the Drum Kingdom Sea Area by defeating Chopper in 20 counts.

Chopper 4P: Get the bonus item "Panda T-shirt" by defeating Nico Robin as Chopper at Erumalu in Alabasta Kingdom Sea area.

Robin 2P: Get the bonus item "White Hat" by defeating Ohm the first time at the Ruins in Skypiea.

Robin 3P: Get the bonus item "Kimono" at Misty Peak in the Drum Kingdom Sea area by defeating Nico as Robin and retaining more than 50% of your HP.

Nami 2P: Get the bonus item "Yellow T-shirt" by defeating Buggy at Vermillion Town in Jaya Sea Area as Nami.

Nami 3P: Get the bonus item "Cheerleader" by defeating Nami with more than 70% of your HP remaining at Coco Village in the Roguetown Sea Area.

Nami 4P: Get the bonus item "Fashionable Sunglasses" by defeating Chaser at Navy Base No.64 in the Inshore Alabasta Kingdom area.

Usopp 2P: Get the bonus item "White Bandana" by defeating Kuro at Mock Town in the Jaya Sea area.

Usopp 3P: Get the bonus item "Chestpiece" by defeating Usopp without getting knocked down.

Usopp 4P: Get the bonus item "Sunglasses" by defeating Nami at Coco Village without knocking her out.

Sanji 2P: Get the bonus item "Gaudy Shirt" by defeating Don Krieg at Vinegar Village in the Jaya Sea area as Sanji.

Sanji 3P: Get the bonus item "Soccer Uniform" by defeating Sanji without jumping during battle at Carmine Town in the Orange Sea Area.

Sanji 4P: Get the bonus item "Necklace" by defeating Chopper at Big Horn in the Drum Kingdom Sea area as Sanji.

Zolo 2P: Get the bonus item "Goggles" by defeating Arlong at Spice Village in the Jaya Sea area.

Zolo 3P: Get the bonus item "Judo Wear" by defeating Zolo with a super attack at Red Town in the Fusha Village Sea Area.

Zolo 4P: Get the bonus item "Necklace" by staying alive for 30 counts against Hawk-eye Mihawk at Blue Town in the Syrup Village Sea area.

Luffy 2P: Get the bonus item "Pirate Coat" by defeating Crocodile the first time at Alubarna in the Alabasta Kingdom Sea area as a super attack. Note: Do not to fight Crocodile until after you have travelled to Jaya and are prompted to finish Crocodile before proceeding or the game will end at the first Crocodile fight.

Luffy 3P: Get the bonus item "Baseball Uniform" by defeating Luffy with more than 30% of your HP remaining at Mustard Village in the Fusha Village Sea Area.

Luffy 4P: Get the bonus item "Cool Shades" by defeating Buggy with an item at Orange Village in the Orange Village Sea area.
