Z Plate, and Green Z Plate. To get the green one, complete the
Phantom Realm I until you reach level 5. You can leave (but will
have to kill all the enemies in level 5). You will be rewarded

Exe (obtained by getting Mega Man to level 2). The Blue Z Plate
is located in Phantom Realm II. Go down until level 10. Defeat
all the enemies, then leave the Phantom Realm II. The recommended
suit is Bug Exe (obtained by letting Mega Man reach to level 3).
The Red Z Plate is obtained by completing history mode with Mega

alive in the already mentioned levels, or finish the entire Phantom
Realm. Phantom Realm II is not recommended if you do not have

pieces, go to versus mode. Choose Mega Man Exe and play against

challenged by Zero. Defeat him, and he will be available. To level
up Mega Man, you need more than one game. However, you can continue

not a demon. Second, you cannot use any continues. There is a
Phantom Realm after Chapters 4 and 8. Finally, if you did not
continue, that man who hangs upside down in the weeds will ask
if you want to go to the Phantom Realm. Press X to go there.
If you complete the Phantom Realm without dying, you will get
good items.
MrMcbean.
Hint: Defeating Nobunaga:
When Nobunaga absorbs a magic power orb from a treasure
chest, he will most likely absorb it. If he does, do not try to
absorb it. The orb will go towards him, and not you. Instead,
after he has the orb, hit him by holding R1 and pressing
Triangle. His sword should fly up, and the orb should float
away from him. While he is stumbling from the hit, quickly absorb
the orb then use the magic attack by holding R1 and pressing
Triangle. Try repeating this process. Also, you can charge
up your weapon by holding R1 and Square for four
to five seconds.
MrMcbean.
Hint: Defeating Archers or Riflemen:
If you find yourself in a large crowd of enemies and
trying to block the arrows/bullets while fighting, you can easily
take out the annoyance while playing as Mega Man or Zero. Hold
R1 and press Square to shoot your blaster. Switch targets
with L2 while holding R1. Your blaster ammunition
is the green bar underneath your health. It regenerates - do not
be conservative with your blaster. Use it to your advantage as
they are the only two characters with long range weapons at their
disposal.
Pepito Go.
Hint: Counter attack:
Use the counter attack technique by pressing Square
immediately before the enemy attacks. This should either kill
them or do a lot of damage. It also gives you more orbs if they
are killed.
Anthony S.
Hint: Aiming shurikens, bombs, and elemental
attack discs:
When you pick up a shuriken, bomb, or disc with fire,
lightning, or wind on it, hold R1. By holding R1
and pressing Square, your character should throw it to
any enemy, even if they are on a level that is above or below
you.
MrMcbean.
Hint: Power Jewels:
Power Jewels increase the length of your life bar.
They are very useful.
MrMcbean.
Hint: Treasure chests:
There are treasure chests at the Oni-Turtle and at
the Imajo-Village. At the Imajo-Village you must go onto the top
of the left house. If you have not visited this treasure chamber
yet, there is a small opening. Press Up(2) to jump into
it. You will find a treasure chest there. At the Oni-Turtle, you
must jump on the pipes on the right. You can see a house in the
background. If you are enough to the right and press Up(2),
you will be teleported to that house. In this chamber, there are
two treasure chests. The one you can see obviously only contains
a talisman or some medicine. To get the secret second chest, you
must go towards the first chest (but not too far). Then, hold
Down and press Square(2). With the first time, you
open the windows of a little room with the second chest in it,
and on the second time you will open that treasure chest. The
treasure chest often contain worthless items like medicines or
power jewels, but if you have not checked it yet it will contain
weapons or items. For example, Jujudormah's third weapon is in
the second treasure chest of the Oni-Turtle, but once you have
it, it only contains worthless items. You will automatically leave
the chamber after you opened the chest, but at the Oni-Turtle
you must open the first treasure chest.
Fabian Mitscha-Eibl.
Hint: Easy Orbs:
After you complete the training stages in tutorial
mode, you will receive a Red Orb bonus of about 100 to 200, depending
on how well you score. This will help a level 1 character boost
his or her stats.
Anthony S.
Hint: Bonus Victory Souls:
When you are on a stage where you need a set amount
of Victory Souls to finish, get one less soul than needed to complete
the stage. Then, wait for a few skeletons to appear. Suck up your
final Victory Soul, then the skeletons will give you one extra
victory soul each.
