Highlight the option for the Sega Mark III version at the Space Harrier menu, then hold Right.

Japanese Sega Master System Space Harrier music screen:
Enter the archive for Sega Mark III Space Harrier. Select the last image then press Start.

Space Harrier sheet music:
Successfully complete the arcade version of Space Harrier to unlock the sheet music for that theme in the archive section for that game.
